1. Are products sold in the store safe?

All of our products are create by pharmacists and specialists who have made every effort to ensure that the selected ingredients and doses work in the most effective and fully safe for health. All ingredients are of natural origin and of the highest quality. The products has been approved for sale by the GIS (main sanitary inspectorate in Poland) and also has certificates confirming the safety of its use (including GMP).
2. Can I place an order without registering in your shop?
Yes, to buy a product registration is not mandatory, we will ask you only to fill in the data necessary to complete the order.
Registration, however, is helpful when placing subsequent orders. You do not have to fill in the fields necessary to complete the order again, and you can also take advantage of the privileges for regular customers.
3. How can I pay for the product?

Cash on delivery – you will pay the postman for the order upon delivery.
4. What type of delivery can I choose?
We send our products to the whole world! The cost of delivery and the supplier depend on the place you order.
DPD – for orders realized in Poland. The cost of delivery is 17 zł. All payment methods are available, both in advance and cash on delivery. Shipments reach our customers on the next weekday!
Polish Post Office – for international shipments. Payment in advance, delivery cost 20 zł.
5. Can I buy a product if I live abroad?
Of course! Our products reach everyone. All you need to do is select the appropriate country for the payment details. The cost of delivery is 20 zł.
6. Can the order be sent as a gift?
Absolutely 🙂 When placing an order, please provide information about gift packaging. We will contact you to arrange the details.
7. What is the time to process the order?
You will receive your order most likely on the next weekday – depending on the chosen payment option. 99% of our clients’ orders are processed within 24 hours to 48 hours from the moment the order is accepted or the payment is credited to our bank account. Orders are processed in accordance with the order in which they are received at the store.
8. Is there a possibility of personal collection?
No, sklep.modify.com.pl is an online store so you can only purchase it electronically. But! – Contact us, however, because you may find that you live near a club or gym where our products are already available!
9. Is it possible to return the products?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase of the product at www.sklep.modify.com.pl without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.All you have to do is submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract with the name, surname and address and account number to which we transfer the money by bank transfer.The return of the goods may take place only when the goods have not been damaged or destroyed – they are in the original packaging and have no signs of use. We guarantee the return of the product value. You will receive the money by transfer to the account from which you made the deposit. Expenses related to the shipment of goods are not refundable.
10. What happens if the courier does not find me at home?
The courier will contact you before attempting delivery of the parcel, so you can set a convenient date. We recommend to provide a phone number when ordering.
11. What are the conditions of the complaint?
We always send goods in perfect and intact condition. However, if you receive a parcel and find out that the product received has physical defects, has been damaged during delivery or is inconsistent with the order, contact us immediately!Filing a complaint should contain buyer’s data, an indication of the subject and the scope of the complaint. The refund decision will be taken within 14 weekdays from the date of receipt of the complete application.

14. Can I withdraw my order?
You can withdraw the order before the goods are shipped. Let us inform you about the cancellation of the purchase as soon as possible (by any route: e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, by phone) because if we send you an order, you can not withdraw it anymore. Only the refund procedure applies.
